Today marks the end of the NHL regular season. All of the playoff teams have been determined after the Columbus Blue Jackets put an “x” next to their name last night, but not all of the First Round series have been set just yet. Tonight’s games will sort that out.

Toronto already knows that it will be playing Boston in the first round of the playoffs, so the Maple Leafs are sitting a lot of their defenders to have them healthy for the postseason.

Nashville, Winnipeg and St. Louis are in a three-way dogfight to determine the Central Division winner. The Predators are the favorites to grab the spot after Winnipeg stumbled down the stretch, but the Jets and Blues are waiting in the wings.
