Pasay City in the Philippines will host ‘ONE FC 13: Moment of Truth’ this weekend as Asia’s biggest MMA event steps up on December 6th. the card is headlined by the featherweight title match between Japan’s Koji Oishi and Philippino star Honorio Banario. The match is a rematch that Oishi took the first time via punches, but Banario is probably the best MMA fighter in the Philippines, and he is a draw, so the re-match was inked. Look for Oishi to be favored at the sport books when lines start popping up for the event. Let’s look at the match and some of the rest of the card.

Oishi is the champion, and at 36 and with nearly 50 fights in his career, Oishi has a wealth of experience to draw on. He was savvy in taking the belt from Banario in their first meeting, and he will look to take the fight into deep waters again.
Banario is a talented athlete who is up and coming in MMA. At just 24 years old, he has a lot to learn. He will come out aggressive and try to take the match to Oishi while standing. He will have to avoid getting caught by Oishi and dragged into fighting his kind of fight.
Also on the card is popular Caros Fodor, as he takes on Vuyisile Colossa. Colossa is a South African who has been fighting on the asian scene and gone 6-4 in the process. He is 1-1 overall in ONE FC.
In Fodor, he gets a tough test, as Fodor is all around a better fighter. Fodoe is best known for his release from the UFC, but he has solid depth to his game and should be able to get by the challenge of Colossa.
The rest of the card is worth watching as well, and is available on internet PPV. With the UFC heading to Singapore and looknig to crack the Asian market, paying attention to ONE FC is worth doing to get an insight on the talent in that region of the world.
