NBA Betting Prediction: Milwaukee Bucks vs Philadelphia 76ers
Today at 2pm Eastern, the Milwaukee Bucks take to the road to take on the Philadelphia 76ers. BetDSI Sportsbook current NBA Betting Lines have the Philadelphia 76ers as large -8 1/2 point favorites over the Milwaukee Bucks.
The reason for the Philadelphia 76ers being such a high favorite is due to the fact they have not lost at home this season. Saturday they laid into the Washington Wizards 103-90, shooting 37-86 from the floor and 6/16 from three point range. They were smart with the ball only turning it over 7 times to the Wizards ridiculous 18. They did lack physicality in rebounding as they were outboarded 53 to 37.
Guard Louis Williams led the team in scoring from the bench with 24 points, also grabbed 5 boards and 2 steals. Foward Andre Iguodala was next on the team in scoring with 23 points, also had 7 boards, 5 assists, and 2 steals. Forward Elton Brand had 12 points, 2 blocked shots, and a steal. The Philadelphia bench was really dropping buckets as thaddeus Young also had 18 points.
Milwaukee was shelled the other day 102-76 at the hands of the Dallas Mavericks. They shot a disgusting 29-78 from the floor and hit only 5 of 24 three pointers. They did not do much of anything good, being outrebounded 43-36 and also turning over the ball 19 times the course of the game. Also they couldnt seem to stop having their shots blocked as the Mavericks had 6 blocked shots on the day.
On a team where scoring comes difficult Guard Brandon jennings led the team with 19 points, with 7 rebounds. Shaun Livingston was next in scoring with 15 from the bench, he also had an assist and a steal. Apart from those two scoring was very thin for the Milwaukee Bucks as Ersan Ilyasova was next in scoring coming off the bench with 9, and starter Drew Goodman had 8 points on the night.
NBA Betting Prediction: The Philadelphia 76ers have not lost at home all season and I do not think they will against the lowly Milwaukee Bucks. With Milwuakee’s scoring troubles and Philadelphia’s recent home success I wouldn’t be surprised to see the 76ers cover the spread against the Bucks.
