NBA Betting Predictions: Milwaukee Bucks vs Charlotte Bobcats
Monday night we got a NBA matchup pitting the Milwaukee Bucks vs the Charlotte Bobcats. Thankfully the lockout has ended and we can all enjoy the great NBA sportsbetting action BetDSI Sportsbook has to offer. Current Live Lines display the Milwaukee Bucks two basket favorites (-4 points) over the Charlotte Bobcats.
The Milwuakee Bucks went 35-47 last year while averaging a NBA league worst 91.9 points a game and also shooting a league low 43 percent. However they did rank 3rd in the league on defense giving up an average of only 92.7 points per game. They are hoping a little more depth to their lineup brings some more offensive fire to complement their good defense.
The Bucks lost both their preseason games with their last one being a 85-84 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Forward Drew Gooden led Milwaukee with 15 points while also grabbing 3 rebounds, making an assist and two steals. Forwards Luc Mbah and Mike Dunleavy scored 14 and 13 points respectively. Mbah also had 4 rebounds, 3 steals, and a blocked shot.
The Charlotte Bobcats have not had much to cheer about in recent years but excited about recent additions such as seventh overall pick Bismack Biyombo, picked up Corey Magette from the bucks, and also drafted Kemba Walker. They are certainly hoping Magette can help them put up points after a 34-48 season last year where they ranked 29th in the league.
The Bobcats went 1-1 in their preseason but really caught a thrashing 92-75 in their last game against the Atlanta Hawks. Charlotte really played awful across the board, Corey Maggette led the team in scoring with 18 points, and also had 5 rebounds and one assist. No on else on the team scored double digit points with the next highest scoring being Matt Carrol and D.J. Augustin who were tied at 9 a piece. This could be a long year for the Bobcats if they cannot learn to put more points up on the board.
