NBA Betting Predictions: Sacramento Kings vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Tonight at 8pm we have an NBA game between the traveling Sacramento Kings (4-9) and the Minnesota Timberwolves (4-8). BetDSI Sportsbook current NBA Live Lines display the Timberwolves as -300 favorites giving up -7 points to the kings.
In their last game the Sacramento Kings were decimated 99-60 on the road against the Dallas Mavericks. Shooting a disgusting 22-86 from the floor and hitting only 2 three-point attempts out of 21 their offense looked like a circus. Sacramento was thoroughly outscored in every quarter except the third where they put up two more points than Dallas.
Points were at a premium for the Sacramento Kings with Marcus Thornton leading the team with only 14 points but did little to nothing else in the game. DeMarcus Cousins was next with 12, and had 10 rebounds. Forward Jason Thompson led the Sacramento Kings bench in scoring with 9 points and also had 8 rebounds.
The Minnesota Timberwolves played really good ball up until the fourth quarter against the Atlanta Hawks. Minnesota came out strong and really put it on the Hawks the first half, but got shelled for 30 points to their 19 in the third which cost them the game. The Wolves shot 38-85 from the field but only 4 of 21 from downtown.
Forward Kevin Love played really good leading the game in scoring with 30 points and 13 rebounds while also picking up 2 assists, 1 blocked shot, and 2 steals. Guard Ricky Rubio put up 18 points and had a game high 12 assists. Wayne Ellington came off the bench putting up 13, grabbing 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. However apart from those three there was little else support especially on defense resulting in the narrow loss for the Wolves.
NBA Betting Prediction: I think the close loss two days ago by the Minnesota Timberwolves will leave a bad taste in their mouth for this contest and they really put it on the Sacramento Kings while playing at home. Take the Timberwolves by -7 over the Sacramento Kings.
