NBA Playoffs Betting Predictions: Indiana Pacers vs Orlando Magic
The NBA Playoffs are here , tonight we got the surging Indiana Pacers vs the reeling Orlando Magic. BetDSI Sportsbook current live lines display the Pacers huge -650 in tonights game and monster -1500 on the series with the Magic a large +950 to win the best of seven.
The Orlando Magic lost four of their last five coming into the playoffs, almost none of them competitive. Without Dwight Howard they just do not have a big scoring threat to cause problems for the opposition. The team will definitely be riding the back of Ryan Anderson with Howard out, he averaged 16 points and less than one turnover per game.
After Ryan Anderson the Orlando Magic just do not have any scorers that are going to pose a problem to opposing teams. With J.J. Redick, Jason Richardson, and Jameer Nelson all posting 11 points per game. Nelson leads the team in assists with 5.7 per game while Hedo Turkoglu is right behind with right under 11 points per game and 4.4 assists.
The Indiana Pacers are on a totally opposite direction than the struggling Magic as they have won 12 of their last 15 games. They have a dynamic scorer in Danny Granger who averages 18.7 points per game., and a defense that can create turnovers with almost 8 steals per game.
Granger’s supporting cast includes David West who averages 12.8 points per game to go with 6 rebounds. Roy Hibbert who also averages 12.8 ppg with 8 boards, and almost 2 assists. Paul George is up there with 12.1 ppg and 2 ½ assists per game, while Darren Collison has 10.3 ppg and a team high 4.8 assists per game.
NBA Betting Predictions: As you can see the Orlando Magic have been struggling mightily while the Indiana Pacers have been turning heads over the last 15 games. The Magic just do not have enough fire power to defeat many teams without Dwight Howard let alone a playoff team that is surging. I look for the Indiana Pacers to possibly sweep the Magic.
