Tennis Betting Predictions: Roger Federer vs Potito Sarace

Tennis Betting Predictions: Roger Federer vs Potito Sarace

October 31st at Valencia Open 500 Potito Sarace (28-28) (Italy) will take on 3rd seed Roger Federer (48-12) (Switzerland). BetDSI Sportsbook current Tennis Live Lines has Roger Federer a staggering -3000 favorite over Potito Sarace.

If it were not for a man named Novak Djokovic from Serbia (number one in the world), Roger Federer (4th in the world) would have to buy another house to fit all his trophys. However due to the run in’s with Novak deep in tourneys, Federer has 1 title on the year. In the past half a year the only people to have beaten Roger Federer are: Novak Djokovic (Serbia), Jo-Wilfied Tsonga (France, 9th), Tomas Berdych (Czech Republic, 7th), and Rafael Nadal (Spain, 2nd, in the championship round).

In that same half a year period Roger Federer was one of the few to have beaten Novak Djokovic, also holding wins over: Jo-Wilfriend Tsonga, Juan Monaco, Marin Cillic (22nd), and many more. Federer’s record on hard surface for the year is an astounding 34-8.

Potito Starace has been extremely active this year having gone 28-28 in singles competition, and 17-16 in doubles competition, winning a title in both. His lone singles title of the year came in August at the San Marino tourney. They tourney lacked huge names, and the only seeded player he beat was little known Benoit Paire.

Starace biggest win of the year was against 3rd seed Gilles Simon in the Grand Prix Hassan 2 in Morocco. However that was back in August, and he ended up losing the championship match to Pablo Andujar (Spain).

My Prediction: You don’t have to do much studying and analyzing of the numbers in this one, the line of -3000 shows just how stacked the odd’s are against Potito Sarace in his matchup with Roger Federer. However Tennis is the game of upsets, you never know when a great competitor is going to turn up the heat to win the match of his life.
