Ovince St Preux is a (-365) favorite over Nikita Krylov, who returns (+295) is the first match on the main card, while the prelims are ´headlined´ by the welterweight matchup between Rick Story (+145) and Kelvin Gastelum (-170) and the ladies bantamweight fight between Raquel Pennington (+230) and Jessica Andrade at (-280).

St Preux has reeled off 3 wins in a row, and his last outing was a fast KO of Cody Donovan so his star is rising. Krylov is coming off a fast win himself, but his UFC debut against Soa Palelei was universally panned as a horrid performance by both men. Krylov will be more comfortable at Light Heavyweight, fighting Palalei at Heavyweight was not a good idea. Krylov has many fights won under his belt by first round submission, and that is not St Preux strong suit, so maybe he has a chance at those odds.
The last preliminary bout between Gastelum and Story is an interesting one. Gastelum is still an unknown quantity at 7-0. he has looked good and he has a lot of confidence, but the opposition he has faced in those seven does not measure up to Story´s resume, this is a big jump for Gastelum.
In May of 2011, Story beat Thiago Alves, and he had beaten Johny Hendricks prior to that. The 6-0 winning streak he had and the level of competition in it placed Story near the top of the weight class. Since then, he is 3-4 but to be an underdog to Gastelum is a better sign of how far his star has fallen. A focused Story might be a good dog bet as well.
And what about Jessica Andrade versus Raquel Pennington. It should be a good fight with both girls being talented, but what should be noticeable to even the casual observer is how far off these girls are from Ronda Rousey in overall fight level. What will be obvious is there is no challenge to Rousey coming from within.
