Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller is working on cutting his body fat as he tries to build on a solid 2018 effort on the ground. Miller averaged 4.6 yards per carry, gaining 973 yards and scoring five touchdowns. Miller added 25 catches for 163 yards and a touchdown. Since it was Miller’s best season since joining the Texans, he’s trying to replicate his offseason process for 2019.
