This week’s college football gets started early as Louisiana-Lafayette visits North Texas on Tuesday night on ESPN 2.  Here is a look at all of the TV action for this week including some good matchups in the SEC on Saturday.

Louisiana-Lafayette at North Texas (ESPN 2) – This is a matchup between the strong rush defense of Lafayette against a North Texas team that loves to run the ball.

Thursday, October 18th

Oregon at Arizona State (ESPN) – Will the second-ranked Ducks get a test on the road against ASU?

Friday, October 19th

Connecticut at Syracuse (ESPN) – It’s too bad for ESPN that they are stuck televising the Big East Conference.

Saturday, October 20th

LSU at Texas A&M (ESPN)

Purdue at Ohio State (ABC or ESPN 2)

Virginia Tech at Clemson (ABC or ESPN 2)

Minnesota at Wisconsin (ESPN U)

Stanford at California (Fox)

South Carolina at Florida (CBS) – For the second straight week the Gamecocks have to go on the road and face a Top 10 team.

BYU at Notre Dame (NBC) – The Fighting Irish are up to number three in the country and they should have no trouble against an overrated BYU team that was blown out last week by Oregon State.

South Florida at Louisville (ABC)

Texas Tech at TCU (ABC or ESPN 2)

UNLV at Boise State (NBC Sports Network)

Nebraska at Northwestern (ABC or ESPN 2)

NC State at Maryland (ESPN U)

Indiana at Navy (CBS Sports Network)

Alabama at Tennessee (ESPN) – The Crimson Tide have rolled in every game this season and it should be any different against the Vols.

Kansas State at West Virginia (Fox) – This would have been a great matchup on the college football TV schedule if West Virginia had not lost last week.
